How does portable cabin rental work at CONTAINEX?

Step 2: Select a container type

Your personal contact will help you find the optimal container type for your needs. Depending on the planned rental period, you can even rent a portable office container that is individually produced for you and tailored to your needs.

Step 3: Get a quote

Once we have successfully checked your credit rating, you will receive a quote from us tailored to your needs, which you will just need to accept. Once you accept the quote, you will automatically place a delivery order for your rental portable office container(s).

Step 4: Delivery of a portable office cabin

Depending on the container type and the delivery location, you can choose from different delivery options. For example, portable office containers can be delivered as a spacesaving Transpack or fully assembled. The delivery time depends on the complexity of the respective project – your contact will be happy to provide you with the necessary information.

Step 5: Returning a portable office cabin

Once you no longer need your rented portable office container, you can request a return and we will collect it. The best way to do this is by using our hire cabin return form to quickly and easily start the return process.

Yes, if you rent a portable office container, you must clean it before it is returned to us. Otherwise, we will have to charge you for cleaning.

Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to the question of costs. When you rent portable office containers, the prices vary depending on the rental period – at CONTAINEX we always charge daily rates. On the other hand, extra costs must always be taken into account, such as transport, assembly, disassembly, lift in and lift out from the depot. For detailed prices, please contact our experts.

The minimum rental period varies depending on the market – currently it is between 30 and 60 days. If you need more days, the rental period is automatically extended until we receive a cancellation.

The delivery time varies from case to case. A standard hire cabin can usually be delivered the next day. For larger modular buildings, it can take several days and for new productions, several weeks.
