Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Containex, we strive to provide high-quality storage containers, office cabins, sanitary cabins, modular buildings, and related products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving any issues fairly and professionally.
Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Order Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Any visible damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Failure to report visible issues within this period may be considered acceptance of the product as delivered.
3. Standard Product Returns
Standard, non-customized products may be eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that:
The product has not been modified, altered, or installed.
The product remains in its original condition.
The product is free from damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
The customer obtains written return authorization from Containex before returning the product.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.
Original delivery, transport, lifting, crane, customs, and handling charges are non-refundable.
4. Customized and Made-to-Order Products
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started:
Customized containers
Modified storage containers
Office cabins built to customer specifications
Sanitary cabins with custom configurations
Modular buildings
Special-order products
Products with custom colors, layouts, electrical installations, plumbing, windows, doors, or additional fittings
These products are manufactured specifically for the customer and cannot be resold as standard inventory.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must:
Take photographs of the issue.
Notify Containex within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide supporting documentation requested by our team.
Upon verification, Containex may:
Repair the product,
Replace the defective component,
Provide a replacement product, or
Issue a partial or full refund where appropriate.
6. Cancellation Policy
Before Production or Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch, subject to administrative and processing costs already incurred.
After Production Begins
Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been dispatched or delivered.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds are generally issued within 14 business days after:
Returned goods have been received and inspected, or
A refund claim has been approved.
Bank processing times may vary.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-built cabins and modular buildings
Customized containers
Used containers sold “as inspected”
Clearance products
Products damaged after delivery
Products modified by the customer
Products used for commercial operations after delivery
9. Transportation Costs
Customers are responsible for all return transportation costs unless:
The wrong product was delivered by Containex, or
The product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
Any required lifting equipment, cranes, permits, customs fees, or transport arrangements associated with returns shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
